The Commission aims to examine the legal and regulatory environment governing associations and non-governmental organizations (creation, management mode, and operation) and that for its implementation in line with the spirit and letter of the Constitution. Various issues arise: Consecrations rights and freedoms, establishment of management governance associative thing both within the organization and in its relationship with its national and international institutional environments, including equity and equal access to partnerships with government departments, public institutions, local authorities, development of a framework guaranteeing the rights of civil society actors working in the voluntary sector, establishment of an accounting system dedicated to associations among of other crucial reforms in community life.
